ENGLEWOOD, CO—Mail-Well has sold off a portion of its Digital Graphics Div. for an undisclosed amount. The locations sold were its Accu-Color facility in St. Louis, including Accu-Color's satellite operation in Atlanta; its Colorhouse plant in Dallas; and its NK Graphics facility in Keane, NH.
The purchaser is Group360, a newly formed company owned by Roger Hancuff, Gary Stephens and Industrial Growth Partners (a private equity investment firm located in San Francisco). Group360 was formed by the combination of NEC, a provider of prepress services to the publishing industry, located in Nashville, TN, and Color Associates, a prepress provider located in St. Louis.
