This week, Paul Bobnak and Toni McQuilken chat about the PCC - the Postal Customer Council system. These groups meet usually monthly at USPS locations nationwide to connect with fellow mailers and USPS executives, learn more about mail and business practices, and more. It is something not enough printers are aware of or participating in, and is a way to connect with print buyers in the immediate community and learn more about what they really need - and educate them on what is possible with print.
