In an asset deal, NELA Brüder Neumeister GmbH of Lahr, Germany, acquired on January 26, 2009 the entire product range of OMCS Optical Measurement GmbH in Dessau, Germany.

NELA offers a simple and convenient tool to facilitate the conversion from two-around to one-around. NELA has installed equipment for the one-around conversion at many European and Asian newspapers and therefore brings a great deal of experience in both the press and pre-press conversion.
