Nampa

Pacific Press Publishing Association in Nampa, ID, will add employees as it doubles its printing and publishing of religious materials in the coming months, President Dale Galusha said yesterday.

The Nampa operation will take over books and magazines that had been produced at Herald Publishing Association, the church's printing and publishing house in Hagerstown, MD. Galusha said he didn't yet know how many of the 125 positions would relocate from Maryland to the Nampa building.

Pacific has been profitable throughout its three decades, but the Maryland operation was losing money, like many publishing and printing houses, Galusha said.
