Performance is a second-generation family printing company founded in 1980. Operated by Kevin Kimchy, a 30-year veteran of the printing industry, Performance has built a business of corporate and retail clientele.

Survey Advantage released its Print Buyer Satisfaction Index (PBSI) for the quarter ended March 31, 2012. Top performing achieved over 86 percent loyalty, average performers 74 to 85 percent, and poor performers under 74 percent.
At Franchise Service’s annuals Sales Forum for Sir Speedy and PIP Printing salespeople and franchise owners, 25 salespeople received Gold Level awards, 26 received Platinum Level awards, and 10 received Million Dollar awards. These awards are based on 2011 sales.
