Imagine! Print Solutions announced it has signed a letter of intent to acquire DigiGraphics Inc., also located in Minneapolis. DigiGraphics will continue to operate independently, but the partnership will expand the service offerings of each company and create new opportunities through greater resources.
Imagine! (#36, with $157 million in sales, on the 2011 Printing Impressions 400 ranking) announced it has signed a letter of intent to acquire DigiGraphics Inc., also located in Minneapolis. DigiGraphics produces large-format graphics, museum display graphics, and environmental signage in a state-of-the-art facility.
