The Roby Junior Vas has not one, but two turning-in and pressing stations, arranged at 90°. enabling production of cases in a single pass at up to 400 cases per hour.
Also the Casing-in area will contain equipment never before shown at Drupa: the family of X-Case casing-in machines. The basic version X-Case requires the operator to place both the book block and the case by hand. The machine has a sturdy build. A common drive for the wing and the gluing rollers ensures uniform gluing irrespective of the book size and weight. The X-Case automatically applies a double amount of glue at the book joints which gives the book extra strength and durability.
