Tom Williams to Join Compass Capital Partners
EXTON, PA—September 27, 2007—Compass Capital Partners announced that Tom Williams is joining the firm as a Partner. Mr. Williams will be based in Connecticut and will have an office at Compass Capital Partners’ headquarters in Exton, Pennsylvania.
Williams has provided management and financial services to the printing industry for many years, with executive experience at PhoenixCor, Inc., GE Commercial Finance, U.S. Concord and P.C. Leasing. Harris DeWese, Chairman of Compass Capital, said, “Tom has combined experience in operations and financial management that will serve our clients well in his new role at Compass Capital. Tom is well known throughout all segments of the the printing industry in the U.S. and abroad.”

Williams will concentrate on investment banking services and providing client companies with management, financing and restructuring support. He will work on turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, fairness opinions and related financing.
Most recently, Williams was Managing Director of DoveBid Valuation Consultants. Earlier in his career, he held positions of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing and product planning with the Graphic Systems Division of Rockwell International Corporation.
Williams holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Graphic Arts Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is a member of NAPL’s Soderstrom Society and a past President of the International Printer’s Supply Salesmen’s Guild. He is active in community affairs, charitable organizations and trade associations and is a speaker and lecturer at association meetings, industry seminars and universities.
