Survey Advantage Recognizes Top Franchise and Independent Printers
PROVIDENCE, RI—May 17, 2013—Survey Advantage released its Print Buyer Satisfaction Index (PBSI) for the quarter ending March 31, 2013. Top performing achieved over 87 percent loyalty, average performers 73 percent to 86 percent, and poor performers under 73 percent. Q1, 2013 results are based on the percentage of 13,309 print buyer reviews that were “Very Satisfied” on recently completed jobs. Congratulations to AlphaGraphics of Wood Dale, IL for achieving the best overall loyalty rating with 98 percent of their customers stating they are “Very Likely” to recommend them over other buyers.
