Southeastern Announces Acquisition of Sunbelt
Southeastern, a top provider of print, fulfillment, and promotional products solutions, announced the acquisition of Sunbelt, including the related entities, Sunbelt Graphics and Sunbelt Dimensional. The Florida dimensional print company, established in 1970, will operate under Southeastern's umbrella as Sunbelt Dimensional.
The acquisition is a key step in Southeastern’s long-term growth strategy and further solidifies its position as a single-source partner for brands that require print, dimensional, promotional products, and fulfillment with state-of-the-art digital storefront technology under one roof.
“The future of print isn’t just ink on paper—it’s the entire physical experience of a brand and how they leverage technology to communicate their vision,” said Don Mader, CEO of Southeastern. “By bringing Sunbelt into the Southeastern family, we’re expanding our ability to elevate our client’s brands creating impactful marketing and dimensional pieces that work seamlessly with their print, promo, and fulfillment programs. This acquisition accelerates our vision and enhances the value we bring to every client engagement.”
Sunbelt brings specialized expertise in dimensional print, structural design, and specialty applications, expanding Southeastern’s ability to support everything from product launches and retail programs to complex kitting and distribution.
Bob Bernstein, Sunbelt Dimensional’s former CEO, added: “We’ve always been passionate about helping clients stand out through creative printing and dimensional formats. Joining Southeastern lets us plug that creativity into a larger, integrated platform—where print, promo, fulfillment, and high-end digital storefront technology work together. Our clients will benefit from expanded capabilities, deeper resources, and a broader geographic footprint.”
With the addition of Sunbelt Dimensional, Southeastern can now offer:
- End-to-end print and packaging support for campaigns, exhibits, launches, and product programs
- Integrated kitting and fulfillment, from printed materials to boxed goods and promo items
- Strategic solutions for Tier 1 and high-volume brands seeking automated, data-driven tech processes, consistency and control across multiple locations and channels
“This is an exciting step in our growth journey,” Mader continued. “We’re investing in the capabilities our clients need most—so when they ask what’s next, the answer is simple: the future of print is going Southeastern.”
