Sir Speedy of Westbury, Hauppauge & Melville Acquires Performance Printing
This acquisition is Sir Speedy of Westbury, Hauppauge & Melville’s third in six years and is part of the company’s strategy of continuing growth through expansion. The company is one of the nation’s leading Sir Speedy franchise operations, offering comprehensive printing and document management solutions.
As part of the agreement, Sir Speedy has acquired Performance’s book of business, including a variety of local corporate clients. In addition, Kimchy, will stay on with Sir Speedy as a production and relationship manager. He will manage the newly acquired clients in order to effect a seamless transition.
