Finishing Challenges:
Prior to implementing the Rollem Slitting Solutions, our finishing process was heavily manual and segmented. Each step—scoring, perforating, slitting—required separate machines and handoffs, which introduced unnecessary delays, labor intensity, and opportunities for error. It limited our efficiency and slowed down our ability to get finished postcards out the door quickly. We were also dealing with bottlenecks in our cutting department, particularly with guillotine cutters, which added hours to our production day and impacted our overall turnaround times.

The Rollem systems have enabled us to expand our product offerings, including the addition of two new proprietary postcard lines that weren't feasible with our old setup.
