Printscape Acquires Visual Impact Graphics
PITTSBURGH—April 18, 2011—Printscape Imaging & Graphics, a digital printing, document management and architectural graphics firm, has acquired Visual Impact Graphics, a sign maker and vehicle graphics company formerly located in Robinson Township, PA.
John Dziak, owner and CEO of Printscape, said the acquisition will enhance his company’s talent base and expands its signage and graphics capabilities. Mark Sokol, the former owner of Visual Impact Graphics, will operate Printscape’s growing vehicle graphic business and serve as an internal production consultant. He brings more than a decade of signage and graphic experience to the firm.
