Lewis Creative Technologies Completes Acquisition of Lorraine Press
RICHMOND, VA—Feb. 9, 2012—Lewis Creative Technologies (LCT) recently completed its acquisition of Lorraine Press, of Salt Lake City, UT. This acquisition further solidifies LCT’s position as a nationwide provider of quality printed products and marketing communications solutions.
By establishing a manufacturing and shipping operation in Salt Lake City, LCT will be able to save significant shipping time and costs for its many customers west of the Mississippi.
“We believe that there is an ideal fit between Lewis Creative Technologies and Lorraine Press,” said Christopher Lewis, CEO of LCT. “Both companies have long histories of innovation, quality, and customer service. We are looking forward to taking our combined operations to the next level.”
Lewis Creative Technologies was founded in 1922, while Lorraine Press opened for business in 1947.
“LCT and Lorraine are united by a common culture of excellence based on a long-running passion for technological innovation and providing the best customer experience possible,” Lewis explained. “This expansion is a big win for our organization, as well as our customers.”
Lorraine’s newly re-fitted facility will continue to serve an expanded client base in the greater Salt Lake City region, while also servicing existing LCT customers located in the western United States.
