Creativity, printing technologies and brand strategies: who drives innovation when a label is printed? This is the question that will open the discussion at “Labels: Beyond Beauty”, the webinar scheduled for 18 November at 3.00 pm, which marks the start of the programme of content and in-depth insights through which Print4All will support industry professionals in the run-up to its next edition, scheduled to take place at Fiera Milano from 25 to 28 May 2027.
A label is much more than a decorative element: it tells the brand’s story, enhances the product and influences consumers’ purchasing decisions at the point of sale. At the same time, technological innovation is expanding the possibilities available to designers, brands and printers: new materials, special finishes, personalisation and traceability solutions are opening up opportunities to combine aesthetics, sustainability and functionality.
However, the relationship between creativity and technology does not work in just one direction. While new production solutions broaden the scope for creative expression, creative vision and brand strategies, in turn, stimulate technological development and influence production choices. The webinar will therefore provide an opportunity to compare different perspectives and understand how a label capable of standing out and driving innovation is created today.
A discussion featuring Eladia Sillo and Giovanna Guglielmi, Project Leader & Key Account at Creostudio; Gian Franco Cillario, Regional Managing Director for Europe at Eurostampa; and Sabrina Lucibello, Full Professor at Sapienza University of Rome, who are taking part in the project as Print4All Ambassadors. They will be joined by Pierstefano Berta and Bruno Malavasi, respectively Director and President of the Consorzio del Vermouth di Torino, who will share their experience and perspective. The discussion will be moderated by Enrico Barboglio, CEO of Stratego Group.
Creostudio’s extensive experience in creativity and design, Eurostampa’s leading role in the label market, Sapienza University of Rome’s academic expertise in design and materials, and the contribution of the Consorzio del Vermouth di Torino, bringing the perspective of a brand for which the label is a powerful expression of identity and values, will offer complementary perspectives, connecting the requirements of creative design with the opportunities offered by technological and production innovation.
THE AMBASSADORS: MARKET EXPERTISE SUPPORTING PRINT4ALL 2027
The 18 November event is part of the programme of content and discussion that will accompany the community on the journey towards Print4All 2027. The event’s Ambassadors will also contribute to this journey, sharing their expertise, experience and different perspectives on the market.
Representing this diversity of viewpoints will be Gianfranco Cillario of Eurostampa for labelling; Alberto Palaveri of Sacchital for converting; Eladia Sillo and Giovanna Guglielmi of Creostudio for the creative sector; and Sabrina Lucibello, Full Professor at Sapienza University of Rome, for design and materials. Their contributions will support Print4All both in the run-up to and during the exhibition through webinars, editorial content, interviews and workshops, providing the community with insights and experience on the issues and transformations shaping the market.
This approach stems from listening to the industry supply chain and aims to make Print4All a platform for professional development, discussion and networking, capable of bringing together different areas of expertise and fostering dialogue among industry professionals.
ON THE ROAD TO PRINT4ALL 2027
Organised and promoted by Fiera Milano, Argi and Acimga, Print4All will return to Fiera Milano from 25 to 28 May 2027, offering a cross-sector overview of a market in which technologies, materials, applications and expertise are increasingly interconnected.
The exhibition will bring together the entire supply chain, from printing systems to converting processes, from package printing to industrial printing, from corrugated board to labelling, from commercial and publishing printing to large-format printing and visual communication, through to innovation in substrates, inks and materials.
Against this backdrop, the Ambassadors programme will extend the discussion beyond the days of the exhibition, creating a journey of in-depth exploration and knowledge-sharing that will accompany the industry right up to the event in May.
