PressWise Print MIS At PRINTING United
PressWise provides an all-in-one cloud-based MIS and print automation platform. It includes unlimited web storefronts, estimating, order management, production automation, bulk mailing, shipping, and fulfillment, as well as integrations into third-party storefronts and accounting software.
PressWise is continuously being updated and improved, and at Booth N1706 you can see some of the exciting new tools and enhancements made to PressWise over the past few months. These include:
PageDNA Integration — An all-new, two-way integration between the popular Web-to-print platform and PressWise MIS lets orders flow from PageDNA storefronts directly into PressWise. The new, standardized communication has been simplified for faster implementation, so orders flow into production faster, with fewer touches.
Split Shipping — PressWise now allows the user to split a job between multiple shipping destinations and/or shipping methods. New controls allow the user to split jobs by quantity, weight, or the number of equal shipments desired. Each “split” is color-coded for ease of use.
Mobile Friendly — Multiple areas of the system have been worked on to make them more mobile-friendly, including storefront catalogs for greater ease of ordering.
Simplified Invoicing — You can now email invoices directly from orders, or send multiple invoices at once from the Accounting Queue page. Simply check all the orders you want to send invoices for and then click the new “Send Invoices” button. Invoices are then immediately sent for the selected orders.
Kitting — Customers now have the ability to process variable quantity kits. Users can define a quantity for each of the kit components, and have the production calculations automatically adjust for the number of kits ordered.
Quote Follow-ups — Sales reps and CSRs can now automatically set quote follow-up reminders to better manage the sales prospecting process.
