PIA Affiliates Launch New and Improved Wage and Benefit Survey
The 2019 PIA Affiliate Annual Wage and Benefit Survey is now open for participation. The 2018 survey had 510 participating companies and included compensation reporting of more than 18,000 employees. It is the largest and most reliable industry wage and benefit survey on the market.
This year's program features an exciting new enhancement, a secure online portal to view participant’s year-over-year data. Additionally, it will help provide a record and report historical trends in the market.
Teresa Campbell, president of PIA MidAmerica, says, “The addition of an online collection and reporting feature will provide fantastic interface tools and benchmarking opportunities for members. The wage and benefit survey is always one of our most popular benefits we offer and we are looking forward to the new features making it even more valuable.“
PIA Affiliate Members receive a free copy of the results for participating in the survey. Non-participating members can obtain a copy of the survey for $250.
