Northwest Web Acquires Times Litho
EUGENE, OR—1/12/07—Northwest Web, a 35-year-old catalog and magazine printer, has acquired Times Litho, a 70-year magazine and catalog printer located in Forest Grove, OR. This combination of two established, well-respected northwest printers will create one of Oregon’s largest privately owned printing companies with projected 2007 revenues of $30 million. The companies presently cover a territory mainly from Alaska to Arizona, but service customer as far east as Chicago and Minneapolis.
The combined entity will continue to operate under both names and in both factories, but will be under the control of one centralized management team. Over the next two years, it also will be embarking on extensive capital improvements in both facilities, including adding new high-speed presses, perfect binding and saddle stitching capabilities.
