No More Paper Tickets for New York Jets Fans, but the Rewards Are Plenty
FLORHAM PARK, NJ—July 23, 2014—While paper tickets for season ticket holders to get into a New York Jets game will become a thing of the past, the marketing team for the Jets promises fans a much simpler way of entering into MetLife Stadium, along with a few additional bonuses.
According to the Associated Press, New York Jets fans will be offered a reward plan just for showing up regularly and behaving properly. Rewards include Super Bowl tickets, a trip to a road game on the team plane and season ticket holders will also earn bonus points that accumulate throughout a season.
While a paperless system is not new to other NFL clubs, Seth Rabinowitz, Jets vice president of marketing and fan engagement, said that the Jets are the first to do this.
