OAK CREEK, WI—The Wisconsin Attorney General's office has settled a case against McAdams Graphics involving violations of the state's air pollution laws, according to Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen. McAdams Graphics is a commercial lithographic printing operation that produces magazines, catalogs and newspaper inserts.
The company has agreed to pay $40,000 in total forfeitures and penalties. The civil complaint, filed in Milwaukee County, alleges violations of Wisconsin's air pollution laws stemming from the company's air permit to operate its lithographic presses.
