Precision Color Graphics Adds 3-D Printing Capabilities
FRANKLIN, WI—Precision Color Graphics, a prepress, printing and packaging company, announced the addition of its Stratasys uPrint SE Plus Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3-D printer.
The new in-house 3-D printer produces models in ABSplus production-grade thermoplastic, providing high-quality, durable and paintable prototypes, models and marketing materials. The printer offers large build volume of 384 cubic inches (build size of 8x8x6˝) at a layer thickness of either .254 mm (.010 in.) or .330 mm (.013 in.), allowing customers to decide what resolution print meets their needs. Widgets can be produced in nine different colors: ivory, white, blue, fluorescent yellow, black, red, nectarine, olive green and gray.
