Influence Graphics Expands in NYC; Purchases the Assets of Defunct Printer
NEW YORK—Dec. 31, 2010—Influence Graphics, a leading digital printing company in New York City, has announced that it has expanded by purchasing the major assets of another digital printer that was forced to close shop in the spring of 2010.
Influence Graphics has signed a new lease on the 10,000 sq.ft. space previously occupied by another printer in Long Island City. The company also currently maintains a sales office at 45 West 45th St. in New York City.
The assets purchased include a 28˝ KBA Karat digital offset press, a two-color Heidelberg press, Oce Lightjet digital C printer and processor, as well as finishing equipment. Along with the increased hardware, Influence Graphics has also grown its employee base to over 20 employees.
According to Ron Sizemore, a partner in the firm, “This equipment will greatly enhance Influence Graphics existing digital printing and large format printing capabilities. Our customers want high quality and they want it fast! By being located in New York City we are able to offer a high quality service which is faster then our competitors.”
Influence Graphics specializes in fast, short-run digital printing in the New York City metro area. It also provides offset printing, digital C printing, inkjet printing, large-format poster and banner printing as well as graphic design. Its market niche is to provide extremely high quality printing that is produced in (typically) 24-48 hours and is still competitively priced. Influence Graphics is both a B2B and B2C business.
“We have a traditional corporate sales force as well as customer service representatives that take orders coming in as result of our internet advertising,” say Sizemore.
