HudsonYards Studios Hires Former Brown Printing Executive Mark Potter as EVP, Sales
NEW YORK—September 30, 2015—HudsonYards is excited to announce that Mark Potter has joined its executive leadership team in the position of executive vice president of sales and marketing, effective immediately. "Mark is a respected professional in the graphic communication industry with a broad range of experience in sales leadership and strategic business development; we are thrilled to have him on our team," said Diane Romano, president and CEO of HudsonYards.
Potter was employed with Brown Printing for 17 years where he held a number of positions in sales and sales leadership, the last 12 years as vice president of sales. Potter was a recognized thought leader in the company, planning and executing long term strategies which ultimately led the company into the consumer magazine space as well as consumer and retail catalog sectors that resulted in dramatic growth.
More recently Potter planned and executed the ground floor start up of Easypress Technologies in North America. Easypress offers a suite of cloud based ebook production tools in the trade book publishing sector. Under his direction and oversight, the company grew from operational infancy in the United States to the recognized leader in its sector, with the largest trade publishers in the world as customers.
