Graphisoft attending Drupa with Rhapso
05/13/08—For the 5th consecutive edition, Graphisoft, the management software specialist for Printers, will be attending the DRUPA trade fair to be held in Düsseldorf from May 29 to June 11, 2008. Following the recent strategic merger between the two companies, the Graphisoft stand this year will be shared with Rhapso, the publisher of innovative software solutions for the packaging industry.
Featured this year on the Graphisoft/Rhapso stand:
• Graphisoft’s path-breaking Management Information System (MIS) for printers and publishers. In particular, the version 11.4 of the full Graphisoft package features many new functionalities and improvements for the calculation of quotes, scheduling, delivery and invoicing…
• Rhapso’s EmaPack Solution for members of the packaging industry. Again, here are any number of new features, for example improvements of the palletization module through new mathematic calculations and the truck loading optimization option with 3-D visualization of products on pallets.
Distributors for Graphisoft will also be in attendance on the stand: MDP in Spain, Mediacenter in Poland, Kunal in India, Delta Trading in Saudi Arabia and dgGraphix in Iran.
Graphisoft has been a member of CIP4 (International Cooperation for the Integration of Processes in Prepress, Press and Postpress Organization) since 2003 and will also show “live” JDF connections with partner prepress and printing solutions, illustrating the benefits of integration within the full printing process.
A wide range of presentations and custom demonstrations will be proposed in French, English, German and Spanish.…

For the record, Rhapso finalized the acquisition of Graphisoft on March 31, 2008. The combination of advanced professional skills in printing and packaging from both teams will be creating a new French market leader with high market ranking in Europe.
