Artificial Intelligence (AI) has made its way into the software print providers rely on for estimating, preflighting, proofing, analytics, and more. You can learn about all the latest AI features available by visiting the dozens of software vendors on the Expo floor and getting demonstrations. Here’s a quick look at some of the software that will be on display in Las Vegas.
Aleyant Systems (Booth N7313) will debut a new AI powered feature for PrintJobManager at Printing United Expo. The tool reads incoming customer emails requesting quotes, automatically parses the details, and generates a complete estimate reply, no manual entry required. Aleyant will also show PDF2Press Pro, a cloud-based preflight and proofing platform that automates file uploads, preflight checks, corrections, proof approvals, and imposition. Its drag-and-drop interface enables print businesses to build automated workflows without scripting, helping reduce manual processing and streamline prepress production.
Canon USA (Booth N5801) will showcase new PRISMA capabilities, including PRISMAsimulate V2 for ink and cost estimation and the latest PRISMAlytics Dashboard. The cloud-based tools provide production utilization reporting and an API for automated data retrieval, helping print providers improve workflow visibility and management.
EFInsight from EFI (Booth C2115) is a cloud-based business intelligence platform that transforms production data into real-time analytics and performance insights. By providing greater visibility into print operations, EFInsight helps print providers identify opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize production, and increase profitability.
Asanti from Agfa (Booth C1149, C1161) is workflow automation software that streamlines wide-format prepress and production. Advanced color management tools help deliver vibrant, consistent output, while a single intuitive platform enables print providers to manage print data and devices, simplify processes, and optimize production workflows.
jAImes from Hybrid Software (Booth C1371) is an AI-powered solution that automates processing of customer emails and production requests. By reducing manual data entry, jAImes helps customer service teams streamline job intake and move work into production faster.

FreeForm Create 2.5 is the latest version of Fiery's (Booth C1449) award-winning VDP software. Spend less time on setup, formatting, and repetitive tasks so you can focus on creating impactful personalized communications. Also at the Expo will be FS800 Pro, Fiery's latest system software platform. Achieve exceptional color, streamlined production workflows, and informed business decisions. Make AI-powered edits directly on RIPed files for a new level of object editing.
Xitron (Booth C1371) K2D2 standardizes prepress by preparing production-ready PDF files for multiple DFEs. K2 Workflow 3.0 for commercial offset and digital print adds workflow automation, Round-Trip Export, improved third-party integration, and streamlined deployment.
