Esko Announces 2015 Leadership Transition, Udo Panenka to Succeed Carsten Knudsen as President
GENT, BELGIUM—November 19, 2014—Esko announced that Udo Panenka, senior vice president for Global Sales and Marketing will succeed Carsten Knudsen as president on January 1, 2015. Over the near term, Knudsen will continue to support Esko and Danaher in an advisory role.

Udo Panenka joined Esko from Kollmorgen, another Danaher business, earlier this year, where he was vice president and general manager for Industrial Automation in Europe and India. Panenka joined Kollmorgen in 2008 and has served in several key leadership roles with increasing responsibility.
