E & M Bindery & Finishing Expands Its Diecutting and Foil Stamping Capabilities
CLIFTON, NJ—Sept. 21, 2012—E & M Bindery & Finishing, a high-volume trade bindery serving printers throughout the East Coast, has recently expanded its diecutting, foil stamping and embossing capabilities. With a new Iijima automatic hot-foil stamping and diecutting press now on its production floor, E & M can more efficiently meet customer needs in these areas.
The machine features short makeready times, production speeds of 7,500 sheets per hour, and auto-stripping capabilities, all of which will contribute to quicker turnarounds at E & M. With a maximum cutting area of 28x40" and pinpoint-accurate registration, the Iijima will help the bindery produce a wide range of distinctive foil stamped, embossed, debossed, and diecut projects for customers.
The Iijima rounds out the shop’s complete diecutting and foil stamping/embossing department, which also includes multiple high-speed Bobst presses and an extensive library of in-house dies.
“At E & M, we’re committed to helping our customers succeed,” said Gary Markovits, president. “The efficient, accurate Iijima allows us to provide high-value diecutting, foil stamping and embossing solutions to our customers, helping them win and keep new business.”
