This is Drummond’s fourth investment in the Atlanta area. In 2012, the company purchased Graphic Communications Corporation (GCC), expanding into large format and gaining a geographical footprint outside of Florida. In 2015, the company purchased the print division of RGI enhancing its digital marketing services offering. In January 2018, Drummond acquired Sunbelt Printing augmenting its commercial print and fulfillment capabilities. Drummond currently operates four production facilities in Jacksonville and Atlanta, and will be uniting Atlanta operations at the ProGraphics facility.
ProGraphics has specialized in providing tailored, full-service solutions to loyal clients for more than two decades. As a result of continued growth and a solutions-minded client strategy, ProGraphics strategically decided to join the Drummond brand, renowned for excellent client care and holistic solutions.
“We are delighted to complete this transaction with Drummond. It’s exciting to know we share the important cultural values of integrity, accountability, and excellence in everything we do,” said John Pope, CEO of ProGraphics. “Uniting these two great organizations, that share so many fundamentals of success, will accelerate our clients and our employee’s opportunity to grow.”
