DiMS! Acquisition Bolsters EFI's MIS/ERP Reach

FREMONT, CA—EFI announced that it has acquired substantially all the assets of DiMS! organizing print, a developer of comprehensive MIS/ERP systems for printing and packaging companies. Based in Lichtenvoorde, The Netherlands, and founded in 1986, DiMS! offers multi-language, seamlessly integrated MIS/ERP workflow products.
