NY-Based Digital Marketing and PR Agency Didit Acquires Type-A-Line Mailing Services
MINEOLA, NY—January 15, 2015—Full-service online and traditional advertising, marketing and public relations agency, Didit, has announced that it has acquired Plainview, NY-based Type-A-Line Mailing Services (TAL), according to an announcement by David Pasternack, president, Didit. The acquisition allows TAL to expand its offerings to include digital marketing services, while giving Didit entrée into new markets for growth and adding to the agency’s already robust communications offering.
TAL is a family-run business that was formed in 1962 as Type-A-Line, and has become a leader in direct mail services on Long Island. It has provided fulfillment and mailing services to a wide array of clients from large international corporations to local retailers. TAL will undergo a rebranding and its name will be changed to Didit DM. The company will be led by industry veteran Patty Brehm, who has joined Didit DM as CEO, and Don Scotto, TAL vice president. Prior to joining Didit DM, Brehm was the director of new business strategies at Mailmen Inc. The new entity will continue operations at TAL’s 30,000-square-foot facility at 30 Commercial Court in Plainview.
