Enhanced Digital, Herrmann Printing Join Forces

PITTSBURGH—Enhanced Digital Printing (EDP) has completed a definitive agreement with Herrmann Printing and Litho (HPL), whereby EDP has merged into HPL. This deal will provide expanded capabilities for new and existing customers.

EDP and HPL will be operated under their current brands as divisions on one level, and as part of a group on a higher level. On the higher group level, expertise and technologies will be combined to leverage new cross-platform products and services.
