Command Financial Press Acquires R.S. Rosenbaum & Co.
NEW YORK, NY—October 17, 2006—Command Financial Press announced it has acquired R.S. Rosenbaum & Co., a leading New York based financial printer. R.S. Rosenbaum & Co. will operate as a Division of Command Financial Press.

Over the years, Rosenbaum has built an excellent reputation for providing a high level of service to corporations, law firms and investment banks. The aggregate resources of the Company encompass new document life cycle management systems including state- of-the-art typesetting and EDGAR capabilities; content and data management tools; and one of the Country’s largest printing press capacities. This acquisition will add considerable resources to Command’s operation, including new state-of-the-art typesetting and EDGAR systems. The acquisition will allow us to increase our ability to serve an expanded client base as we continue to grow.”
Approximately 60 Rosenbaum employees will join Command and will operate out of Command’s expanded facility at 75 Varick Street in New York City. The transition to Command’s facilities is expected to be completed by calendar year-end. “Our companies have had a great deal in common in terms of being client-driven and offering the highest level of service and value. We have been, and will continue to be, a very attractive alternative to the larger financial printers,” added Mr. Penders.
