B&R Moll Announces New Finishing Equipment Partnership with Pasquariello Graphics
B&R Moll, Inc., the industry’s leading supplier of folder/gluers and specialized bindery finishing equipment for printing and packaging facilities, has announced its partnership with Pasquariello Graphics, Inc. (PGI), the largest rebuilder of MBO folding equipment in the U.S. The Moll family and the Pasquariello family have worked together for more than 35 years. PGI will provide technical sales, service, and customer support for all B&R Moll folder/gluers and diecutters in its Northeastern region. PGI will also display B&R Moll equipment in their showroom in North Attleboro, Mass., which customers will be able to view in person. This will also allow PGI to test run samples for customers in their facility.
Stemming from the long-standing synergies between B&R Moll and PGI folding equipment, the new partnership has also helped enable a new joint mailing line integration system, which consists of the Moll Versafold plow unit running in-line with PGI’s rebuilt MBO paper folders. Through this integration, cut sheets can now be run through the MBO paper folder in the landscape direction, (doubling the speed), creased in the MBO shafts, and then plow-folded, closed with fugitive glue, or glued as a tip-on card.
“In today’s postpress industry, it is not only important to advance innovation, but also to adapt to integration, which is why our partnership with Pasquariello is extremely significant and meaningful,” said Kevin Moll, vice president of sales for B&R Moll, Inc. “B&R Moll and PGI will continue to work together on integration projects that lead to faster throughputs and heavier stock ranges, while continuously adapting new technologies for the ever-evolving world of mailing.”
“Having worked with B&R Moll for more than 35 years, we look forward to expanding our technical expertise and capabilities into the postpress industry,” said Steve Pasquariello, president of PGI. “Our new integrated mailing lines not only add value to customers’ bottom line, but they will also help increase overall production while reducing turnaround times.”
