The company will construct a 30,000-square-foot facility on 6.3 acres. To help fund the project, Pacemaker Press PP&S received a $1.1 million, 15-year loan from the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority. It also received a $125,000 grant and $78,000 in job creation tax credits.
Whitney estimates the deal will close in late June or early July, with a groundbreaking slated for soon afterwards. The goal is to have the building completed by Dec. 1, then move in within two months (first quarter of 2015).
