PRIMIR Summer Meeting Features Global Packaging Study

RESTON, VA—May 19, 2009—PRIMIR, the Print Industries Market Information and Research Organization, recently announced the lineup for their summer meeting in North Carolina. Slated for July 20-22 at the Asheville Renaissance Hotel in Asheville, NC, the summer meeting will feature the results from two PRIMIR research studies. Findings of the research into “Global Trends in Packaging Affecting North American Converter and Supplier Markets” will be presented from State Street Consultants and Karstedt Associates. PRIMIR members will also learn the results of a study on “Global Trends in Printing & Writing Papers” from Pira International.

In addition to the two study presentations, PRIMIR attendees will also hear presentations from C. Thomas Ashley on “Emerging Technologies Impacting Print,” and from Barbara Pellow, who will talk to the group about “Short Run Packaging and Labels.”
