PostNet CEO Steve Greenbaum in Upcoming Episode of ‘Undercover Boss’

In the episode, Greenbaum—disguised as a longhaired, former motorcycle shop owner named “Brad”—in shown working in PostNet centers around the country in a variety of tasks, ranging from designing marketing collateral to outside sales and marketing of PostNet’s services to local business owners. Along the way, he hears the personal struggles of employees, and the challenges faced by some franchisees that aren’t following the new “Neighborhood Business Center” model.
