WASHINGTON TWP., PA—Pacemaker Press PP&S, formerly of Frederick, MD, is relocating here and plans to construct a $2.5 million facility in the Wharf Road Industrial Park, according to Public Opinion Online.
Matt Whitney, president of Pacemaker, told Public Opinion that his 39-employee company could no longer afford to do business in Frederick because of the high cost of renting. Building a plant, as opposed to renting, will allow the printer to build equity and grow in the future, Whitney said.
