PLYMOUTH, MN—July 31, 2006—Synergy Graphics Inc. has recently purchased the web, mailing and fulfillment assets of Scoville Press Inc. of Plymouth, MN. Financial details of the transaction between the two privately held companies were not disclosed. With the acquisition, Synergy broadened its range of commercial printing services, which now includes web, digital, and sheet-fed printing, plus a host of in-house mailing, fulfillment, finishing and other post-print capabilities. The asset purchase now means Synergy has operations in three locations: Fridley, MN – fulfillment and mailing; Plymouth, MN – printing and finishing; and St. Cloud, MN – election services and supplies. According to co-owner Mike
