The printing industry seems to keep looping back a year when it comes to certain major developments. This is particularly true for digital printing, come variable data, which was the “next big thing” in the industry for about a decade before the adoption rate even started to approach the robust expectations.
At PRINT 09 Media Days in Chicago, RISO Inc. introduced a new family of higher speed, full-color ink-jet printer/MFPs, the ComColor series, to the North American market. With ComColor’s print speeds of up to 90-150 ppm (A4), RISO continues its claim of providing “the world’s fastest cut-sheet inkjet printers.”
RISO, Inc., a leader in digital printing technology, announced that Don Michelucci has joined RISO as Vice President, Direct Sales. Michelucci is responsible for RISO’s Direct Sales Operations throughout the United States and Canada, reporting directly to Todd Deluca, President and COO.
