Cenveo Profits Fall, Worldcolor Improving

STAMFORD, CT—Cenveo Inc. suffered a net income loss of more than 90 percent year-over-year for the quarter ending Oct. 3. The third quarter earnings stood at $1.1 million on net sales of $448 million, compared to $12.3 million in earnings with $522.7 million in sales for the same period in 2008. Adjusted EBITDA for the three months was $56.3 million.

Cenveo Records Sales Decline, Net Loss in Second Quarter Results

For the three months ended June 27, 2009, Cenveo's net sales were $397.6 million, as compared to $524.5 million for the same period in the previous year. For the three months ended June 27, 2009, the Company recorded a net loss of $18.3 million, or ($0.34) per share, compared to net income of $2.7 million, or $0.05 per share, in the three months ended June 28, 2008.
