Alec G. Couckuyt is an experienced graphic arts business executive. With assignments in Belgium, Canada, Germany, and the USA, he led several successful turnarounds, transforming underperforming organizations into market leaders. During his 25+ years as a hands-on operational executive with Agfa, Transcontinental, Océ (now Canon) and more recently Fujifilm, he understands how to selectively leverage leading technologies to strengthen an organization’s core competencies, creating competitive advantages.
