• Paper accounts for 25 percent of landfill waste, the largest of any single component.
• Paper production accounts for more than 40 percent of the world’s industrial wood harvest.
• Paper production is one of the world’s largest consumers and polluters of fresh water.

“Imprinting Your Vision for Sustainability on Paper” is a new brochure from Wausau Paper that explores how the establishment of environmental partnerships can further advance sustainable business practices. It focuses on bringing together the “influencers” and the “stewards.” Influencers are the art directors responsible for selecting paper for a company’s creative communications. Stewards are the company’s chief environmental officers responsible for evaluating business decisions from a sustainability perspective.
The piece features three perforated, collectible cards that contain resources such as valuable insights from eco experts in the industry, as well as links to online sustainable references and paper specification recommendations. For more information, visit www.wausaupaper.com.
