Michael Cunningham, founder, former CEO and president of Cunningham Graphics International, has made a $100,000 commitment to Cal Poly's Graphic Communication Department as part of its 60th anniversary fund-raising drive. The pledge will be fully funded over three years and will establish the Michael Cunningham Graphic Communication Endowment.
David Marsh has been named CFO of Padgett Printing in Dallas. Marsh replaces Glenn Lavender, who left the company in November 2004. Since that time, Marsh has been serving as acting CFO.
Don Robb has been appointed to the newly created position of COO at Coral Graphic Services, Hicksville, NY. Robb most recently served as vice president of manufacturing for RR Donnelley's Roanoke, VA, facility.
Bob Utley, who founded Utley Brothers of Troy, MI, in 1945 with his brother Wheeler, has retired and sold his majority ownership in the specialty printing company. His successor is Duane Harrison, who has served as president since 1998.
Thomas Murel has been named president of Color Ink, based in Sussex, WI. Murel previously served as the company's vice president.
