Igor Krakovsky, vice president of marketing, commented on the new guarantee saying, “Our new guarantee covers both 100 percent customer satisfaction as well as on-time delivery which we feel both are extremely important to our growing customer base.”
If for any reason a customer isn’t fully satisfied with an approved print order, PrintRunner will provide a full refund or credit. The customer satisfaction guarantee covers any order that has print defects or is printed incorrectly. If this occurs, customers may receive a reprint, free of charge, or they may return their order for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.
