GLS / NEXT Precision Marketing Acquires Sexton Printing
MINNEAPOLIS - June 8, 2018 - GLS / NEXT Precision Marketing, a strategic marketing and print solutions provider, announces the acquisition of St. Paul-based printing company, Sexton Printing. The addition of Sexton’s customers will complement GLS / NEXT’s business portfolio, allow us to continue the exceptional service and quality that they have enjoyed with Sexton, and provide them with many benefits through an enhanced collection of services.

Sexton Printing was founded in 1949 and was recently owned by five third-generation siblings, who were all at or near retirement. Considering an absence of a fourth generation for business succession, the ownership team decided to search for a local company which met Sexton’s high standards in ethics, employee culture, customer service, and financial stability to perpetuate the business. This was the best option for employees, customers, and ownership alike.
