Case Paper is excited to welcome David Barnes into the fold as he prepares to rev up revenue as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this new role, David will focus on generating profitable revenue growth across Case’s seven branches nationwide. As CRO, he will drive strategic planning and execution while building the sales infrastructure.
David brings over 25 years of experience to his new role and most recently served as General Manager Semper/Exeter, a division of Cellmark. Additionally, his wealth of experience in sales and sales management will help inform initiatives designed to support Case’s sales teams across each region. Especially after seeing Case’s transformation in recent years, David is excited to join the team and contribute to their growth.
While David brings a warehouse’s worth of experience and some “high-caliper” industry knowledge, he is also particularly aligned with Case’s vision for a people-first company. David’s passion lies in building lasting relationships with customers and suppliers, and in building teams where each employee feels supported.
"Seeing the transformation Case has made over the last 10 years with a focus on servicing customers, investing in state-of-the-art equipment, building strong mill relationships, and the addition of Case Makes made this an easy decision for me. I am beyond excited to be a part of the Case Family. Case is a forward-thinking company that is poised for tremendous growth, and I am eager to help take us to the next level and have some fun along the way!" David Barnes, CRO, Case Paper
As a born and raised Kentuckian, he is bringing a lot more than 11 secret herbs and spices to the table. David credits his family’s Appalachian roots for their strong work ethic and grit. He and his wife, Kristin, have since moved to Southern California to live closer to their daughters Hailey and Ella. When he isn’t supercharging sales infrastructures and leading long-term planning sessions, you might find David plucking his guitar or heading out for a quick fishing trip. He’s already struck a chord within Case Paper and the company’s hooked!
