Shapco Printing Picks New Home to Make Way for Be the Match HQ

Shapco Printing is relocating to Golden Valley, MN, from its longtime North Loop Minneapolis home to make way for the new Be the Match headquarters. Owner Joel Shapiro said Shapco signed a long-term lease last week for its new headquarters, a 123,500-square-foot industrial building at 1109 Zane Ave. N., near Highways 55 and 100.

Shapco's current headquarters is 53,000 square feet. It also leases two nearby warehouses that total 47,000 square feet. The three operations will be combined into the new space when it opens this summer.
