Versa Capital Management now holds separate controlling majority interests in both Bell and Howell and BCC.
Versa Capital Management announced the completion of its previously publicized acquisition of the assets of Böwe Bell + Howell and the formation of a new company and brand, Bell and Howell LLC. The new Bell and Howell includes BCC Software in Rochester, NY, and Bell and Howell Canada.

Lien replaced BCC founder and former President K. Jon Runstrom, whose retirement took effect June 30.
Runstrom's retirement is effective June 30. Christopher Lien,
currently BCC’s Executive Vice President, will become the company’s
second president the following day.
Lien, a well-known and respected postal industry expert, joined BCC in 2007 from one of BCC’s largest competing companies and is highly involved in various national postal organizations and a frequent speaker at postal industry events.
