Michael Cate has been named president of Corporate Express Document and Print Management, Broomfield, CO. For the past two years he was executive vice president and COO of Global Docugraphix.

Deborah Bagley recently joined Highspire, PA-based GANCOM, a division of Gannett Fleming, as an account manager in its marketing and business development group.

Lynn Buck has been promoted to production manager for Copresco, a Carol Stream, IL, digital printer. She joined the company in 1997 as a production coordinator.

Donald Orlowsky has joined Rochester, NY-based Monroe Litho as quality coordinator, a newly created position within the company.

Applied Printing Technologies (APT), Moonachie, NJ, announced that Joseph Rondone has joined the company as vice president of sales and marketing. Rondone comes to APT from The L.P. Thebault Co.

Banta Corp., Menasha, WI, appointed Kimberly Williams to president of the Publications Group. She assumes senior leadership responsibilities for the Banta division that provides magazine publishers with premedia, printing, logistics, personalization, fulfillment and distribution services. Williams' previous position was as senior vice president of RR Donnelley's Specialized Publishing Services Group, which serves the special-interest magazine market.

Rapid Solutions Group, a digital communications company, announced that Bob Robichaud has been appointed the company's COO. Due to significant growth in business, expansion in production facilities and the opening of a production facility in El Dorado Hills, CA, Rapid Solutions Group determined that the company would benefit by giving production management duties to one individual.
