LAUREL, MS—Some criminals prefer counterfeiting money. Then there are those who have found an approach to absconding with real cash via counterfeiting.
A man police here identified as Jonathan McDonald is wanted on charges that he not only floated bad checks, but printed them as well. McDonald allegedly printed the checks and had various people cash them at local banks and stores in return for a cut of the money, the Laurel (MS) Leader-Call quoted police as saying.
